These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skortiq. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service

Skortiq provides AI-generated football analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our content is not gambling advice or a recommendation to place any wager. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our analysis, including any financial losses.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. You may cancel at any time; access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service or its content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that jeopardize the integrity or availability of the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Modification or discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.
